This is a charming, junior one-bedroom cottage located in its own wing, to the West side of the Main House. It has beautiful vaulted ceilings and two private entrances: one in the front, off of Tinker Street with a classic rocking porch, and one in the back, with its own bluestone patio and views of the stream and The Back Forty.

Inside the Bungalow, the living and work area faces South, and gets great light throughout the day. There is a full-sized, well-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, separate, junior bedroom with a full-sized bed, and bathroom with a shower. Great for guests looking for a place to incubate or focus on creative projects, but still have easy access to walk to all the amenities and cultural attractions nearby in the Village. Suited for 1-2 people.
